Carolina González has over seventeen years of experience in real estate development, construction management and product strategy. As CEO of Morada, a Lima-based residential developer, she has led the launch of twelve projects structuring over US$75M in financing. She also serves as Senior Manager at Morada Ventures, the firm’s U.S.-facing investment arm. Across her career she has delivered over 1.9 million square feet of residential and hospitality development.

She holds a degree in Architecture from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and a Master in Project Management from La Salle – Universidad Ramón Llull in Barcelona.
