Adriana Roca was a journalist for more than a decade. She received the CITI Award for Excellence in Journalism for her outstanding publications in leading media organizations in Peru and Latin America. From 2011 to 2012, she served as Corporate Affairs Manager for Kraft Foods’ Andean region.
In 2018, she co-founded Ediciones Pichoncito, a publishing house with more than 70 titles and five international awards, with Nicolás Rodríguez. She is also the Founder and Creative Director of real estate developer Morada and investment firm Morada Ventures. She serves on the board of Fundación Peruanos Power and is the author of two books from the Peruanos Power collection (Blanca Varela and Jessica Márquez.)
In 2024, she opened the US imprint of her publishing house: Pichoncito Fly Books.
